Coburg House
For this project, the goal was to provide extra space and light as requested by a young and expanding family. Additionally, the client wished to expand the upper floor while preserving the original character facing the street.
Project
The extended roof pitches from ground cover the rear face of the building in the new and contrasting material to the existing weatherboards. The small window at the rear shines light directly into the double height space above the living area.
The project will commence construction 2024.
